Parental Coaching

Whether you are working as a couple to raise your children or a single parent, we can help you navigate and strategize for the course of parenting.

Group Parental Coaching

Parents can be super hard on themselves, we can help you devise a plan in a supportive group setting that is uplifting to all attendees. We will work with you to develop a personalized plan tailored to your goals, schedule, and individual lifestyle.

We offer coaching solutions for individuals focused on strategies to improve quality of life, a renewed mindset, and a plan for the future, reaching all aspects of a person's life.

Per Session: *Choice Package:

$50.00-60-minutes $200.00

pre-marital coaching

deep-Dive into a pre-assessment to get a snapshot of who you are as a couple. Develop strategies with your coaches to minimize anxiety and stress before your big day and to work towards staying married once you say, “I do.”

Assessment Fee: $35.00 (one-time fee)

Newlywed coaching

Although this is a subset of marriage coaching, this package is specific to the first year of marriage because it has unique challenges as you learn to become one cohesive unit while maintaining your identities. It is not an easy feat, but it is one that we can help you navigate. This first year will set the tone for the duration of your marriage relationship, and we are here to help.

Newlywed Package: $200.00

*(The Newlywed Package includes four {60-minute sessions: 3rd month, 6th month, 9th month, and 12th appointments} and a customized marriage charter).
